Microsoft fights back over iPod virus claims
微软称iPod中毒与微软无关
MICROSOFT has said Apple, not Windows, was to blame when a number of iPods
were infected by a virus last month.
Jonathan Poon, who is responsible for ensuring Microsoft’s products are
virus-free, said the fault lay with Apple’s working practices. “It’s not a
matter of which platform the virus originated [on],” Jonathan Poon wrote in his
blog. “The fact that it’s found on the portable player means that there’s an
issue with how the quality checks, specifically the content check, was
done.”
